Refund policy

At LSDC Pharmacy, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To request a return, please contact us at management@lsdc.uk before sending your item back.

Return Address:
To be provided by LSDC Pharmacy. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A faulty product
  • The wrong item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Opened vitamins or food supplements
  • Personal care products that have been opened
  • Prescription medicines
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at management@lsdc.uk.

European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.Products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
